The driver-facing Lease Schedule Report (PDF) has several redundant or seldom-used budget columns (for example CSD, Mclub Red Ins, and Toll Fee). We'd like these renamed or repurposed to suit the modern lease budget structure, so budget items clients actually use, such as Roadside Assistance (RSA) and others, can appear as their own itemised column instead of being rolled into Rental, GST and Total (which currently confuses drivers).
We'd like the report updated so the budget items actually in use on a contract each show as their own column, rather than being rolled into Rental, GST and Total. Ideally the redundant legacy columns could be repurposed or made configurable to reflect the budget types a client uses.
This would give drivers a clear, itemised breakdown, reduce confusion, and keep the report aligned with how lease budgets are structured today.
Workaround for now: running the report in Text (CSV) format outputs every budget type in its own column, though that isn't a driver-friendly replacement for the PDF schedule.
